A lot of people ask us;
"This sounds GREAT, but how much do your services cost?"
That is a great question. The answer is simple, our services
cost you NOTHING out of pocket. Our fee's are built into the cost of the
property.
So, for example, If we are selling a home that a third party licensed
(and lender approved) appraiser has determined is worth $125,000 for $75,000,
that means that:
- You get the $50,000 in equity
to do with as you please!
- The true cost of the home is $75,000
cash or if you choose to get a mortgage, simply add the traditional closing costs
- Our fee's are built into the $75,000 so there are NO ADDITIONAL
OUT OF POCKET COSTS TO YOU FOR OUR SERVICES!
